1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. Free Membership
UBN Community offers free membership access to certain areas of the platform. Since these services are free, there is no need for cancellation or refund requests for free memberships.
1.2. Paid Subscriptions
For users who subscribe to premium features, the following terms apply:

- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
2. Event and Workshop Cancellation
2.1. Cancellation by Participants
If you have registered for any paid events, workshops, or courses organized by UBN Community and wish to cancel:
- Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, in some cases, we may offer a credit for future events .
2.2. Cancellation by UBN Community
In the event that UBN Community cancels an event or workshop, participants will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- The opportunity to attend a rescheduled event or similar program.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Non-Refundable Items
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Digital content or downloads.
- Customized or personalized services provided by UBN Community.
- Premium features that have already been utilized during the billing cycle.
3.2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. UBN Community reserves the right to decline refund requests if services have already been delivered or accessed.
- To request a refund, please contact customer support with your account information and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
4. Exceptional Cases
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors or technical issues, UBN Community may issue full or partial refunds outside of the standard policy. These cases will be handled at the discretion of the UBN Community team.
